COVID-Safe Guidelines for In-Person Classes
Dear Parents and Students,
We are pleased to inform from the 1st of March 2021; students can join their classes in-person or online via the zoom platform. Following guidelines will apply to the students who decide to join the classes in-person.
We will follow the following guidelines to ensure the safety of our valued staff and students.
- All students attending the in-person classes must wear a face mask inside the coaching centre.
- All staff members must wear a face mask inside the premises unless they are teaching.
- Students, even with the mildest cold/flu-like symptoms, must not attend the in-person classes. These students should attend the class online via zoom.
- If a Teacher is not well (even with the mildest cold-like symptoms), the class will be done online via zoom.
- Parents/Gradians and visitors who come inside the premises must scan the QR code kept at the reception.
- Parents/Gradians and visitors who come inside the premises must wear a face mask.
- Students who attend in-person classes would receive a temperature check upon entry to the coaching centre. If a student records a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or above, the student will be sent home.
- Contactless payment methods are encouraged when paying class fees. Preferably fund transfer via online banking.
- No more than two parents are allowed at the reception at any one time.
