About the Exam

Selective school exams are significantly different from school exams. The questions that appear on the actual Selective school entrance exam assess students on course material studied on one or two years ahead of the standard school curriculum, so if your son or daughter entirely relies upon the knowledge learnt at school, they will be at a significant disadvantage.

  1. Mathematics - 60 Multiple Choice Questions in 30 minutes 
  2. Numerical Reasoning -50 Multiple Choice Questions in 30 minutes 
  3. Verbal Reasoning -60 Multiple Choice Questions in 30 minutes 
  4. Reading and Comprehension -50 Multiple Choice Questions in 30 minutes
  5. Persuasive or creative writing (writing task, 30 minutes)
